Alitalia airline required a new customer focused mobile-website, simplifying the search, booking and payment experience.
I led the UI and UX designers, working side by side with a brilliant development team, in PosteCom (Poste Italiane) environment.
Keeping the consistency with the the look&feel of the desktop website, we adapted the same experience on the mobile website. User oriented, with the UX team we improved the personal area, caring not just for the profile set, but also working on customised offers, up-selling and cross-selling.
The experience start from the homepage, where the user can find all that he needs, with the immediate access to all services. All functions, have to been in an engaging, charming backdrop oriented to sell flights and travel packs.
The big challenge was to keep the experience easy and intuitive, user oriented in all areas, especially for the flight's searching and booking.
