Nokia was looking for a pure, natural, authentic shoot.
To capture real moments.
Single frames that convey the truth of the scene, the feeling, gaze, gesture or movement.
The cast was equally real; diverse and dynamic. They have a clear character that's relevant and approachable.
It was imperative to capture a real moment with the talent. They are not models; they are real people engaged and reacting to a great product.
To do this, we shot a range of angles, positions and eyelines in order to capture shots that feel authentic and in the moment, to bring out the best performance.
Focus on the relationship between the phone and the people. The product is central, but never forced. It's naturally part of the scene.
The pure energy coming from the shoot, was a fresh breath for Nokia.
